Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring product quality and accuracy.

In-stock items:
WellBuddy products in 50ft, 100ft, and 150ft lengths are kept in stock and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 1–2 weeks, depending on carrier transit times and destination.

Made-to-order items:
WellBuddy products exceeding 150ft are made to order and require additional production time. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery of these custom lengths.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. If you have questions about your order status or need assistance, please contact our support team.
